PAYMENT
Currently credit cards are my only method of payment.

DELIVERY
Items will ship within 2-5 days upon verified payment. Items will ship first class USPS with insurance and tracking unless otherwise requested.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be shipped standard USPS and do not currently include tracking or insurance. Ship times average 2-4 weeks.  I can include those services for an additional fee. GlamRocks will not be responsible for lost/damaged items during shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that I am not responsible for any additional customs fees. Every country has their own guidelines, so please check before purchasing to avoid any surprise fees when picking up your package. 

RETURN POLICY
I will accept returns or exchanges for any unworn merchandise within 14 days of received purchase. Most custom orders are final sale, but I will let you know prior to purchase if this is the case. GlamRocks holds the rights to refuse returns for damaged or worn merchandise. Return shipping fees are responsibility of buyer, and shipping fees cannot be refunded.

 I will gladly try to resolve any sizing issues when possible and exchanges on any knuckle rings is possible. Many stone rings may not be able to be resized. GlamRocks is not responsible for incorrect sizes given at checkout.
